Chaucer College has a number of excellent facilities which are available to hire for seminars and conferences at our College, located on the main campus of the University of Kent close to the beautiful and historic city of Canterbury. The college is approximately 5 minutes from the A2 linking Dover and London making it a convenient location for people coming from further afield. The Chaucer College Lecture Theatre seats approximately 200 people and can offer a wide range of audio-visual aids from overhead or slide projection to DVD, VHS or Computer Facilities (with Microsoft Office 2007 Pro installed) projected onto a large screen at the front.

We also have another smaller lecture room available for hire which can seat approximately 40 people at desks or 60 people in rows of seating. This room also has available an overhead projector, PA equipment, DVD, VHS and a computer with Microsoft Office 2007, with a digital projector projecting on to a large screen at the front. We have a number of smaller meeting rooms, seating between 12 and 15 people, available for hire, where a range of facilities can be provided on request.

In addition to Chaucer College we also have available for hire Eversley College in Folkestone and Kingsgate College near Broadstairs . These have been extensively used by language schools in the past but are also suitable as a venue for training courses, seminars and conferences.

We are able to provide refreshments and a high class full catering service at all three colleges.
