Changes to Online Booking
IELTS will be introducing an improved version of the Online Booking System with effect from 1 April 2020 test dates onwards.
In view of this, we are no longer taking IELTS Test bookings for any tests after that date on the current online booking system, which has been disabled for test dates after 1 April 2020. If you have already booked for a test date after 1 April 2020 we will contact you in due course to move your booking to the new system, and your booking will be honoured.
Please bear with us while we implement this upgrade. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the IELTS Administrator firstname.lastname@example.org
Test takers under the age of 18 must complete an IELTS Consent Form.
If you are taking the IELTS test as part of a visa application to stay or move to the UK, you cannot take the test at Chaucer College. Please see the links before for further information:

online results AND TEST REPORT FORM
IELTS results are normally displayed online and posted by first class mail or air mail to the address(es) given on your application form by 10am, 13 days after you have taken the test.
To view your results online, please click here. You can view your results under both the Candidate Area and Results.
If you wish to collect your results in person, please give advance notice and bring your passport or national identity card with you. We regret that we cannot issue results by telephone, fax or email.
If you require additional copies of your IELTS Test Report Form to be sent to a College, University or organisation, you may download an application for the Issue of Additional TRFs. This request must be made within two years of the test date. There is no charge for sending by mail or airmail but the full delivery fee will be charged if a request is made for delivery of your Test Report Form by courier service.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding the conduct of the IELTS test, you must request an IELTS Complaint Form for Candidates from the staff on duty on your test day. You should use this form to describe the nature of your complaint.
If you are making a complaint about an incident on the test day, this form must be submitted on the day itself. No complaint can be processed after your results have been released by the test centre.
Please note, results cannot be issued until the complaint has been investigated and resolved.
You may also use the British Council Global Complaint Procedure.
If you think your IELTS test has not been marked correctly, you may download an IELTS Enquiry on Results Form. You must make this request within six weeks of the test date. The fee is £110.00, irrespective of how many sections you wish to have remarked. This will be refunded if your IELTS result is raised by the British Council Senior Examiner.
IELTS Writing and Speaking assessments are carried out by trained and certified examiners, all of whom are qualified and experience English language specialists. The examiners work to clearly defined criteria and are subject to extensive and detailed quality control procedures.
