Our class of Italian and Russian students worked together today to create some entirely unique games. In teams they had to invent the rules, explain how they were played and then showcase the games so everyone could get involved.
Today we welcomed familiar faces back to Chaucer College. Mr and Mrs Yamakawa both studied here back in 1998. They returned today, 20 years on, with their two children and were delighted to see how the College has changed and, in some ways, remained the same.
Our latest drama lesson brought Russian and Chinese students together for an imaginative performance. They wrote a story, created props and acted their parts. Working together and performing in English, they put on an amazing show involving a greedy King and a furious dragon.
