Recently new dishes have been added to our extensive variety of food served on our campuses. In particular special menus have been introduced themed with UK and international celebration days.
These have included Valentines Day and Chinese New Year, to celebrate the ‘Year of the Dog’. Staff and students were also given a taste of the Highlands for Burns Lunch with dishes of Cullen Skink, Haggis, Scotch Eggs, Clootie Dumpling and Cranachan.
We’re now also offering a fast food take-away service in the evenings for those that find they are still a bit peckish later on.
