37.5 Hours per week
We are looking for someone with experience of providing 1st & 2nd line IT support in a similar environment. You will be providing support to the College’s staff and students. You will assist students with day to day IT issues and help them to setup their personal devices on the College’s networks.
Ideally you will have experience of using and supporting a Windows environment, be highly computer proficient and technology literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Experience of using Active Directory would be an advantage.
You must have strong administration, organisational and communication skills, be able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload.
