To ensure the smooth running of the Colleges through effective management and oversight of all operational departments across the Colleges’ sites, buildings and the management of projects. Responsible for all operational performance reporting data to enable the business to evaluate areas for improvement.
The role is responsible for monitoring the operational performance of the business to equip the Heads of Department with the information they need to deliver the highest levels of customer service to our students. Experience working in a similar environment would be an advantage. You must have previous experience in staff management, budget management and have excellent leadership skills. A flexible approach with excellent time management and organisational skills. The ability to work with a wide range of people and ensure best use of resources.
Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS required.
