We require a full time person to take lead responsibility for our Transport Coordination including managing our team of minibus drivers and vehicle administration of our College minibuses. Flexibility, a positive and accommodating attitude and an ability to adapt plans at short notice are key requirements.
Other responsibilities will include,
Assisting the Course Director with pre-arrival administration, support with producing registers and programmes for trips/excursions/transfers and classes and provide this information to the relevant teams/departments. Planning trips and preparing itineraries (including risk assessments). Coach bookings/venue bookings. Assist with arrivals and departures.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude to problem solving and good time management skills. Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate work with other departments. Previous experience of producing schedules, rotas with excellent IT skills. Background experience in travel or logistics. Previous experience of working in a summer school environment would be an advantage. Previous experience managing staff is essential criteria for this role and you must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business and will require some evenings/weekends and bank holidays.
